Just a quick note to express how satisfied we were with Raena Everett as our realtor. We were living in North Fort Myers and looking to purchase an existing pool home. We looked at houses in NFM as well as Cape Coral without finding a home as we were outbid or cash buyers. Raena traveled from Venice to meet us each time we looked at a home and was always incredibly pleasant. Having found none we pushed out further to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, again without success. We finally found our current place in North Port. At first, we lost out to another bidder but their financing fell through and Raena was right on top of it to get our bid accepted. She was instrumental in having a new roof put on our house and even worked with the builder after we had closed. Raena is great to work with. She is patient and kind and goes out of her way for the client. I felt so comfortable working with her. She gives good advice without being pushy. She is a genuine, down-to-earth person with integrity. I highly recommend it.
